Ingredients & Heating Directions
Our tamales are available with chicken, pork or vegetable fillings. They make the perfect party hors d’oeuvre or are great as a snack on the go.
Ingredients (meat option): corn flour, lard, salt, pork or chicken.
Ingredients (vegetarian/vegan option): corn flour, vegetable shortening, salt, assorted vegetables.
Heating directions: Warm in the microwave or steamer and the corn dough will steam in the husk. Remove husks and serve.
Shelf life: While best enjoyed fresh, this product can be safely refrigerated for up to 21 days and can also be frozen to extend its shelf life.
