Cooking directions: Cut pieces of cecina into desired size and fry lightly in a frying pan over medium heat for about 1 minute each side.
Serving suggestions: Excellent in tacos, or served on a plate with sour cream, avocado and salsa verde. Perfect for lunch or dinner.
Shelf life: While best enjoyed fresh, this product can be safely refrigerated for up to 21 days and can also be frozen to extend its shelf life.
