Thinly sliced and dried pork coated in an authentic Mexican spice rub makes for a classic yet versatile meat dish that can be used in so many unique ways.

Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, spices.

Cooking directions: Cut pieces of cecina enchilada into desired size and fry lightly in a frying pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes each side. 

Serving suggestions: Excellent in tacos, or served on a plate with sour cream, avocado and salsa verde. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Shelf life: While best enjoyed fresh, this product can be safely refrigerated for up to 3 months and can also be frozen to extend its shelf life.
