Ingredients & Heating Directions
Traditional Mexican pork sausage prepared with a family-secret spice blend using locally sourced meat raised free from hormones and antibiotics. It also freezes well.
Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, spices, vinegar.
Cooking directions: Remove the casing, crumble over a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil (chopped onion optional) and fry to taste. One chorizo link serves up to 4 portions.
Serving suggestions: Excellent with scrambled eggs, beans, nachos, melted cheese, sandwiches, or on pizza.
Shelf life: While best enjoyed fresh, this product can be safely refrigerated for up to 3 months and can also be frozen to extend its shelf life.
